Recruiting for ..
Development and Events Intern
- This internship will teach the many aspects of fundraising and donor engagement and will make a difference in a well-respected and trusted organization serving children and families in our community.
- This internship will not surpass 15 hours per week, and interns will report to their duties in-person at the office or at events.
Front Desk Support Volunteers
- We need volunteers with strong customer service skills to hold down the fort at the front desk!
- This is a weekly position. Openings are available on weekdays from 2-5 pm.
Caregiver Circle Chaperones
- Caregiver Circle is a connection program for parents in active treatment. To ensure they stay engaged, we need volunteers with strong childcare skills to chaperone diagnosed kiddos and siblings and keep them entertained for the duration of the meeting.
- The Caregiver Circle meets quarterly.
Med Shed (Camp Firefly and Camp Firefly Junior)
- In order to host a successful camp, we need a team of licensed medical professionals to dispense meds, check boo-boos, and troubleshoot other health problems at camp.
- A California license is needed for Camp Firefly in Big Bear. Candlelighters can pay for licensure if you can commit the time.
