Accounting & Office Manager
Candlelighters is seeking a hands-on Accounting and Office Manager to own day-to-day accounting, office operations, and building/tenant management. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong accrual accounting experience and deep proficiency in QuickBooks Online. The Accounting and Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting organizational operations, and serving as the primary point of contact for building and tenant-related matters. As needed, this role also supports Candlelighters’ programs through logistics, registration, and reporting assistance.

Development Intern
Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada offers a hands-on Development & Events Internship for individuals interested in fundraising, donor engagement, and nonprofit event planning. Interns will support the Development team with planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising and community events, while gaining real-world experience in a mission-driven organization serving children with cancer and their families.
This in-person internship is limited to a maximum of 15 hours per week and may include occasional evenings or weekends for events. Interns will collaborate with staff across departments, assist with event logistics and donor coordination, and contribute meaningfully to programs that make a direct impact in the community.
