Day of Remembrance is a memorial event for Candlelighters families who have lost a child to cancer. It is a beautiful event where we celebrate our incredible Angel kiddos through community.

There are two shifts for this event: Set Up and Event + Tear Down

2 pm - 5:30 pm: Set Up
Setting tables, equipment, dessert tables, and activities.
We need some strong people to help move the event tables!!
5:30 pm - 9 pm: Event + Tear Down
Volunteers will be split into food service and activities as we wait for all the families to arrive.
As the ceremony begins, the volunteers will start to create packages of food for the families
to take home with them (we will want to give everything away).
Upon the completion of the ceremony, a full teardown of the event will ensue.
