Marlene "TiTi" Albelbisi - Major Gifts Officer

Marlene Alblebisi is a passionate development and fundraising professional with a heart rooted in community and service. Recently relocated to vibrant Las Vegas, Nevada, Marlene proudly hails from sunny Los Angeles, where her journey in criminal justice first shaped her deep respect for accountability, trust, and public impact.
With over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Marlene has built a career she truly loves—partnering with mission-driven organizations that align with her values. She is known for creating meaningful, lasting connections with donors, seeing them not just as supporters but as extended family. Her warmth, authenticity, and relationship-first approach set her apart in every interaction.
Raised in a lively Hispanic household, Marlene grew up embracing resourcefulness, compassion, and presence—qualities she now pours into her professional and personal life. She's worn many hats: volunteering in faith-based organizations, serving on Social and Dawah (“invitation”) committees in her community, and launching creative ventures like Al Taqwa Tacos in 2019. Her love for design led her to co-found Ayaam Events, specializing in balloon arches and custom décor for special occasions—all while managing her full-time work in nonprofit development.
Marlene is also an active member of several community chambers, where she continues to build strong networks, support local businesses, and advocate for inclusive community growth.
A true creative at heart, Marlene loves writing poetry, spending quiet time alone to reflect and recharge, and dreaming up new ideas to share with the world. Now in a new city, she’s excited to bring her talent, creativity, and commitment to community impact to Las Vegas.
