Cate Martino - Executive Intern

Cate Martino moved to Las Vegas at the age of 11, where she quickly developed a strong commitment to helping others, which has remained a core part of her life ever since. Pursuing dual degrees in Accounting and Management and Leadership, she is a passionate volunteer whose dedication to community service began in high school when she became involved with Helpful Handoff Kits, an organization focused on providing essential hygiene resources to women and children in need.
At the University of Kansas, Cate has continued to build on her passion for service through her involvement with her sorority, where she took on roles that supported philanthropy and personal growth. She also volunteers at Lawrence Humane Shelter in Kansas. Cate’s ongoing efforts reflect her belief in the power of giving back and making a positive impact on her community. She is so excited to spend time and learn at Candlelighters!
