Vincent Schettler
Vincent Schettler is the Vice President of Acquisitions for Focus Commercial Group, and one of the main principals within the entities of Focus Property Group, Inc, where he is involved in every aspect of planning, strategy and financing within all of his master planned communities. As a land acquisitions specialist during his tenure, Mr. Schettler successfully negotiated more than 600 land transactions for past and currently developing master planned communities. A Las Vegas native, Mr. Schettler has developed strong relationships within the real estate and banking communities, which gives him a clear understanding of the local economic and real estate trends in the valley.
Mr. Schettler served as the sole acquisitions contact for the company’s 3,500 acre Mountain’s Edge master planned community, the Nevada Trails master planned community, as well as various future unnamed master planned communities. Mr. Schettler continues to seek land acquisitions in other emerging markets in the southwest region for future Focus Property Group communities.
Mr. Schettler is a survivor Ewings Sarcoma, a rare bone cancer and he has been heavily involved with Candlelighters Childhood Cancer of Southern Nevada for nearly seven years. He is the current sitting President on the board of directors for Candlelighters. In addition, Mr. Schettler co-chairs the Candlelighters Annual Golf Tournament, serves on numerous committees and volunteers and fundraises for many other events throughout the year. Over the past year, Mr. Schettler has also donated his time and resources to Make-A-Wish Foundation, Project Sunshine, Lili Claire Foundation, FACT, Boulder Dam Area Council Boy Scouts of America, Adoption Alliance, St. Judes, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Nevada Cancer Institute, Child Haven, American Red Cross, Art for Innocence, Olive Crest, Nevada Community Foundation, Lied Childrens Museum and the Andre Agassi Foundation.
