Scott Gragson
Scott R. Gragson joined Colliers International in 1997 as a member of the Land Division
and has since teamed with John D. Kilpatrick, Robert Torres and Laurie Stevens to create
the number one team at Colliers International. He has received numerous awards at Colliers
including “Broker Of The Year” for 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. Mr. Gragson was
awarded Broker of the Year for Colliers CPI for 2002, 2003 and 2004.
With over 16 years experience, as managing member of GKT Acquisitions, Gragson has amassed a portfolio of over 600 acres for his select clientele valued in excess of $400 million. In addition, Mr. Gragson actively pursues site selection for corporate clients such as Nevada Power Company, Pepsi Bottling Group, HCA Healthcare and numerous Las Vegas auto dealerships and homebuilders. As a second generation land professional in Las Vegas, Mr. Gragson has a vast wealth of knowledge and contacts in the local marketplace. He was selected by the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies to conduct seminars for their accredited commercial real estate curriculum “Complex Business of Land Acquisition and Development”. Gragson has served as a panelist for many round tables, seminars and media presentations discussing such diverse issues ranging from Urban Sprawl to Dust Control. Professional affiliations include CCIM, NAIOP, and the Urban Land Institute.
In 2002, Mr. Gragson was honored as one of Las Vegas’ “Top 40 Under 40” – a collection of
the forty most influential individuals under the age of forty. He currently serves on the Board
of Directors for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Southern Nevada, the Bank of Las Vegas and
Candlelighters for Childhood Cancer of Southern Nevada. Gragson is also on the Advisory
Board of Directors for Real Trends and the Links for Life Foundation. He has served on the
Boy Scouts Invitational Golf Committee and as co-chair of the Candlelighter Golf Classic.
Mr. Gragson is the Chairman of the Camp Firefly Committee (camp for children with
cancer), sits on the Nevada Power Citizens Advisory Panel, is a Board Member of the Las
Vegas Fire and Rescue Foundation, and helps sponsor and actively participates in the annual
Child Haven Easter Carnival.
